You need an account on Lighthouse to use Issues To Go. You can sign up for a free Lighthouse account at http://lighthouseapp.com/. You do not need a paid Lighthouse account to use Issues To Go. Currently, Issues To Go only works with Lighthouse. Other issue trackers may be supported at a later date depending on user feedback.
Install the application to your mobile device. You can find the latest versions and supported devices at our downloads page Launch it. You will be prompted to login if you have an existing Issues To Go account, or to create a new account click "create new account."
You will need to come up with a unique user name and password for Issues To Go. You will also need your Lighthouse account information. If you log into lighthouse at for example, http://vdggroup.lighthouseapp.com, you will enter "vdggroup" as the account name. Finally, you will need to enter your API token for Lighthouse from your Lighthouse Account Settings.
Once you have created your account, your tickets will show on the device. Your new account will be automatically enrolled in a 30 day free trial. The application will be fully functional during this period. There is currently no limit as to the number of tickets, projects, milestones, etc. that you can track using Issues To Go. After 30 days your account will stop synchronizing between your Lighthouse account and mobile device unless you subscribe to Issues To Go.
Only "open" tickets are synced to the device.
You can work with tickets just like on the web and your changes will be synced up to Lighthouse. To create a New Ticket, first go to the projects list and select the project you need to create a new ticket for.
You can cancel your account at anytime by logging into your account at issuestogo.com. We also recommend you set additional information such as your email address, etc. so that we may contact you with important news and information about the service. We will not share your information with anyone.
Your data will be automatically synchronized every 10 minutes when the Issues To Go application is open. You can also manually force a sync from the Settings page.
You do not see any data after synchronizing?
Make sure your API token and account are correct, and that your account has not expired.
